evidence-based nutrition therapy
Cutting through the misinformation & fads
Hi, I'm Dana
I help individuals create healthy relationships with food, activity, and their bodies through evidence-based nutrition approaches. Having struggled with disordered eating myself, I understand how hard it can be to navigate food choices, feel confident in your skin, and find balance in the everyday.

My mission is to create a safe space where my clients feel empowered to learn more about themselves through food and their bodies and motivated to create a more nourished and fulfilling life.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I followed my love for the mountains and moved to Bozeman in 2015. I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University and a Master of Science degree in Food and Nutrition from Bowling Green State University. I currently serve as the President for the Montana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

When I am not talking all things nutrition, you can find me romping around in the mountains with my fiancé and our goofball Great Pyrenees mix, Matoska.
